Instructions for oral presenters

Each lecture hall is staffed by a host in order to be of technical assistance regarding minor issues.

Please bring your presentation on an USB-memory, saved under the following format:

LastName_FirstName_SessionName (for example: Smith_John_SA1_AI)

We would like you to contact with the lecture hall host no later than 20 minutes before your session starts. It is then recommended that you consult the session technician/host to ensure functionality of your presentation set-up.

All lecture halls are equipped with a PC, installed with PowerPoint software. Please note that the lecture halls do not allow for connection with Mac-computers.

Regular presentations are 12 minutes long + 3 minutes for Q&A.

Instructions for poster presenters

The recommended format for your printed poster is 118 cm high * 84 cm wide. The posterboards are 190 cm high * 90 cm wide.

The posters will be attached by pins to standing frames, and we will provide pins for you as well as other necessary items (scissors, tape, etc).

You are welcome to mount your poster from 17.00 Monday October 9 and dismantle the poster from 15.15 on Wednesday October 11.

Each poster has been assigned a specific number, you will find your specific poster number here and in the mobile web, and the number will be visible on each frame.

For those of you have who have been confirmed a ”poster with pitch”, the pitch will take place on Tuesday morning October 10, at 10.30. You should use one (1) – maximum one, no more – Powerpoint slide (format 16×9) which you need to send to medicinteknikdagarna@resia.se no later than October 6, please name the PPT file with your poster number and name.
